The Ladies Market of Mongkok... This street goes on for blocks, jammed with the same purses, watches, and shirts in each vending area. A well-known place to get stuff cheap. I like to play a little game called "how low will they go"... I'll just name a price and keep lowering it with no intention of buying. For the most part you can get them to drop their price about 50 - 75%. The other fun thing to do here is listen to Westerners try to haggle a deal. Experienced ones say things like "this isn't even new!" or "now you're raising the price on me!" the ones more likely to be tourists only come down $5 dollars or so (US $7 or so) on $100 items.
